A native Staten Islander, Linda Victorio received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Wagner College, Staten Island, New York in 1979. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1982 and was admitted to the New York Bar in January of 1983.

Mrs. Victorio began her legal career upon graduation from law school at the Law Office of Howard G. Meyers, Esq., Manhattan, specializing in securities litigation. In 1984 Ms. Victorio opened her private practice in the areas of real estate and land use, specializing in architectural and building code matters, construction contracts and construction litigation.

Mrs. Victorio joined the firm in 2008 as an associate in the Litigation Department. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, serves as an Executive Committee member of the Richmond County Republican Party and has previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Staten Island Children’s Museum.
